Shipping policy

1. Processing time

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery regions and methods

We deliver to multiple countries. If your country is eligible for delivery, you can choose from the available shipping methods; rates may vary accordingly.

3. Home delivery conditions

Home delivery refers to the parcel being delivered to the address provided at checkout. Depending on the carrier’s conditions and in cases of absence, inaccessible locations, or other circumstances preventing direct delivery, the parcel may be left with a neighbor, in a mailbox, or at a nearby pick-up point (parcel shop) or post office.

These alternatives are considered equivalent to home delivery and fulfill our delivery obligation.

4. Estimated delivery times

• Mainland France: 1 to 4 business days depending on the chosen shipping method
• Outside mainland France: delivery times vary depending on the carrier.

5. Force majeure and delays

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, exceptional events). In case of extended delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

6. Shipping costs

• Mainland France: free shipping for orders €300 or more. Below this amount, fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Outside mainland France: shipping fees are calculated automatically in the cart based on destination and weight.

7. Customs fees and taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges for deliveries outside the European Union are not covered by Foreign and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Order tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your parcel.

9. Responsibilities

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the parcel is handed over to the carrier. We recommend checking the parcel’s condition upon receipt.
